Order Confirmation

Once you place an order on www.thescrubb.pk, you’ll get a confirmation by email, SMS, or phone call with all the key information about your purchase.

⚠️ Please note: An order is considered confirmed only after a call. Keep your phone active so we can reach you. If we cannot confirm your order after three attempts, it will be automatically canceled. (We follow this process to avoid cases where people deny placing an order or claim it was made by mistake. Your cooperation helps save everyone’s time.)

We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders without delay so you can receive your products as soon as possible.

Order Processing Time

·       Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 2–3 working days (business days only).

·       If an item you’ve ordered is temporarily unavailable, our customer support team will contact you to let you know about the delay and give you an updated dispatch timeline.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 149 applies to all orders across Pakistan. We work hard to keep delivery both affordable and convenient for you.

Domestic Deliveries

We partner with MNP and Leopard Courier to make sure your parcel arrives safely at your doorstep, anywhere in Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time

·       Major cities: usually delivered within 4–5 working days.

·       Other cities/towns: allow around 6–7 working days for delivery.

Shipping Address

Your order will only be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. To avoid any delivery issues, you can also share an alternate address or mention a nearby well-known location. This helps us ensure secure and smooth delivery.
