Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Scrubb, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you ever need to exchange or cancel an order, here’s how our policy works:

 

Exchange Policy

·       Items purchased online or in-store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt.

·       Products must be unused, with the price tag intact.

·       Our staff will verify both the product and receipt before completing the exchange. You may then select another product of your choice.

·       Exchanges are made at the original purchase price of the item.

If your product was delivered through our online store, here’s what to do:

·       Send an email to our customer support team within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process.

·       Include clear images of any defective product(s) in your email.

·       Once we review your request, you’ll receive a verification call to confirm the exchange.

⚠️ Please note: Exchanges are only possible for defective products. Customers are required to contact our call center (+92 324 2779226) immediately after receiving their order if they find any issues. If confirmed defective:

·       A MNP or Leopards rider will collect the item.

·       After inspection at our warehouse, we’ll issue you a coupon of equal value to the returned product.

·       This coupon can be used for your next purchase on our website.

·       The full process usually takes up to 7 business days.

You may also drop the product at any MNP or Leopards store and call us on our UAN number so it can be routed to our warehouse. In this case, pickup charges are covered by the company.

For items bought online:

·       Instead of cash refunds, we provide a coupon equal to the price of your purchase.

·       This coupon can be redeemed on your next online order.

·       It becomes valid 15 days after issuance and comes with an expiry date, so please be sure to use it before it lapses.

⚠️ Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
⚠️ Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

 

Order Cancellation

·       You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed.

·       Once an order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, and at that point, our exchange policy will apply instead.

·       www.thescrubb.pk reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

o   The item is out of stock.

o   There is a pricing error.

o   The payment is declined by your bank or card issuer.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can request cancellation. Once shipped, however, it cannot be canceled.
