Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At The Scrubb, your happiness matters to us. While we always strive to deliver products you’ll love, we understand there may be times when you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order. Below, we’ve made our policies as clear and simple as possible.

 

Return Policy

If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

If you’ve simply changed your mind about something you ordered, you can still return it, provided these conditions are met:

·       The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

·       Returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

·       A valid order number or proof of purchase must be included.

·       Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

 

How to Return an Item

To make the process smooth, please follow these steps:

1.     Take clear photos of the product showing any damage or the issue you are reporting.

2.     Send an email to thescrubbpk@gmail.com requesting a return, and attach the pictures.

3.     In your email, mention the reason for the return, your order number, and the product name(s).

4.     Once your return is received, we’ll issue you a coupon of equal value to use on your next purchase.

5.     Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

 

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer a 7-day goodwill exchange policy. Exchanges are accepted if:

·       The product is in its original packaging.

·       The seal is unbroken.

·       The packaging hasn’t been tampered with.

⚠️ Important: Items bought during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless you received the wrong product.

 

How to Exchange an Item

To request an exchange:

1.     Email us at thescrubbpk@gmail.com.

2.     Mention the reason for the exchange, your order number, and the product name(s).

3.     Once approved, we’ll send the replacement product to your address.

 

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel an order? Please get in touch with us as quickly as possible. Since we usually dispatch within 2–3 business days, the sooner you notify us, the better.

·       Cancellations depend on whether your order has already been shipped.

·       Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.
